Research On The Fragmentation Phenomenon Of Urban Community Governance And Its Solutions

As the basic cell of a city,the community has always played a key role in the process of urban development.Good community governance is an important driving force for the overall development of urban society.Since the reform and opening up,China has seized the opportunity to carry out community governance.The governance model has shifted from single to diversified and scientific,and the urban community governance system has been increasingly perfected.However,by analyzing the development of urban communities in recent years,we have found that urban community governance has been affected by many factors such as social system,housing system reform,and migrant population.Fragmentation has become more clear in community governance.The main content of this paper centers on the fragmentation of urban community governance,reviews the development of urban community governance,analyzes the twosided characteristics of urban community governance,and then leads to the fragmentation of community governance.With the disintegration of unit systems and the failure of social integration mechanisms,fragmentation of community governance has emerged.It is a by-product of urban social governance,but it has hindered the healthy and stable development of urban communities.This article through field visits and research,select a representative community in Qingdao as an example for empirical research,found that the fragmentation of community governance is specifically reflected in the four aspects of space,community authority,community participation and community networks.Analyzing the influencing factors of fragmentation in community governance,it is not difficult to conclude that integration is the only way to break the fragmentation of urban communities under the current situation.The key to integrating fragmentation of community governance is to start from the participation of community actors and the overall network of the community,and to establish a highly efficient and accessible community grid governance mechanism as a breakthrough point.Through the cultivation of community public spirit,the community culture can be used to integrate the strengths of Multiple combinations to crack the fragmentation of community governance provide some ideas.
