Research On The Development Of Supervision Within The Party Since The 18th National Congress

Attaching importance to inner-party supervision is a distinct feature of Marxist political parties.Marx and Engels,the great mentors of the proletariat all over the world,first put forward the thought of inner-party supervision in the practice of establishing the theory of scientific socialism and the political party of the proletariat.After the victory of the October Revolution,Lenin,the revolutionary mentor,explored a lot of inner-party supervisions in the practice of leading the Russian socialist revolution and construction.In the process of political practice from the transition of the revolutionary party to the ruling party,Lenin formed a relatively perfect inner-party supervision ideology.From the beginning of its establishment,the Communist Party of China attached great importance to strengthening inner-party supervision.In the arduous revolution,the Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong made unremitting exploration of inner-party supervision in socialist revolution and construction,which laid the foundation for inner-party supervision.After the reform and opening up,with the increasing task of inner-party supervision,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang zemin,Hu Jintao and other party leaders according to the task of administering the party,focused on exploring the strengthening of inner-party supervision under the conditions of reform and opening up,promoting the continuous improvement of the theory of inner-party supervision,and further enriching and developing the inner-party supervision of Marxism.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at it's core has been based on administering the Party strictly in an all-round way,put forward a series of new ideas,new viewpoints and new requirements.Simultaneously,from the aspects of keeping pace with the times of the inner-party guiding ideology,the clarity of the inner-party supervision subject and the full coverage and focus of the supervision object,and the refinement of the inner-party supervision content,especially the strengthening of political supervision and the establishment of the guarantee system of inner-party supervision,the inner-party supervision has been strengthened in an all-round way,a new situation of inner-party supervision has been created,and the theory and practice of inner-party supervision have been pushed to a whole new level.Strengthening and improving inner-party supervision and strengthening the Party's ability of self-purifica tion,self-improvement,self-innovation and self-progression under the condition of long-term governance are new tasks for the new era to promote the comprehensive and strict management of the party.On the basis of combing the development of the theory and practice of inner-party supervision,this paper deeply summarizes the innovative practice of strengthening inner-party supervision by the Communist Party of China since the 18 th CPC National Congress,and makes a preliminary discussion on the problems faced by the inner-party supervision under the new situation and how to further strengthen and improve the inner-party supervision,in order to benefit the further improvement of inner-party supervision.
