On Nov.7,2016,the "Promoting Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of the Film Industry"(hereinafter referred to as the "Film Industry Promotion Law")was approved by the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress and was formally implemented on Mar.1,2017.After several changes and consultations,the "Film Industry Promotion Law" bears the public's hope that the quality of cultural products meets the needs of their own consumer quality,and responds to the national commitment to building the legal system on the basis of democratic legislation,as well as industrialization and market perspectives.Let the film industry develop in an orderly,benign and vigorous manner under the legal norms.Based on the previous legislative evolution of film law,it explores the effectiveness of film industry reforms over the years for the development of the film industry under a film legal system that is complex and not effective.Secondly,it analyzes the multi-layered meaning of "The Film Industry Promotion Law."
