Research On Social Work Participating In The Improvement Of Psychological Security Of Left-behind Children In Rural Areas

Psychological security exists in the whole life cycle of a person,and individuals have the need for security,thus generating a sense of psychological security.Psychological security affects how children see themselves,others and the world,as well as their physical and mental health.When individuals have a good sense of psychological security,they will show positive psychological quality.When the level of individual psychological security is low,the increase of insecurity will harm the development of individual physical and mental health,and even lead to psychological barriers and behavior deviance.The left-behind children in rural areas are separated from their parents and lack of love and value guidance from their parents during the critical period of development.Based on qualitative research,supplemented by quantitative research,using participatory observation method and data collection method,under the guidance of social learning theory,group dynamics theory and advantage perspective,this paper carries out a series of group activities to enhance the psychological security of left-behind children in rural areas,from interpersonal security and determination of control sense.Lead them to objectively understand their own situation and surrounding environment,help them to establish emotional support system,try to make up for the lack of parents around,and build a healthy self-esteem system,from which to obtain a sense of value and ability to accept themselves,so as to have a sense of certainty and control of life.So that the group members' psychological security has been improved.Through the intervention of the group members,the author summarizes the advantages of social work participation in the rural left-behind children's psychological security enhancement: Social work has a strong professionalism,pay attention to the potential of the main case,and the service form and content are diverse,with humanistic care,can arouse the interest of the case owner,can provide emotional support for the case owner,Knowledge learning and resource links and other services,at the same time,the active participation of social work,reduce the pressure of rural schools and families.However,in the course of the study,the author also found that there are many difficulties in the process of practice: Social workers themselves are not professional enough,flexible processing capacity is insufficient,the public's awareness of social work and social workers is not high,lack of support and cooperation,hindering the advancement of social work services The author puts forward some opinions based on practice: strengthening social work professional education and on-the-job training,cultivating local social welfare talents,establishing good relations,giving social work support and cooperation,and further strengthening publicity and popularizing social work.
