Research On Government Functions In The Process Of Public Information Sharing In City T

With the advent of the era of big data,the degree of informationization in modern society is constantly increasing,and people’s demand for information sharing is getting higher and higher.In recent years,the process of public information sharing has been unable to meet the increasing information needs of the public.Therefore,in 2013,the State issued the "Several Opinions on Promoting Information Consumption to Expand Domestic Demand" and proposed the need to formulate public sharing methods for public information resources.Since 2014,the T-city government has formulated relevant guidelines and platform construction for public information sharing,but in general,T-city public information sharing is still in its infancy.In order to ensure the steady development of public information sharing,the government’s macro-control role It cannot be ignored.This study takes T-city public information sharing as the research object,from the perspective of government function research,combined with government function theory,transparent government theory,new public service theory,public goods theory,cooperative governance theory,through literature induction,analytical comparison,The theoretical analysis method analyzes the characteristics and problems of government performance in the process of public information sharing in T city from the perspective of public management.In order to speed up the process of information sharing,the T-city government has taken certain measures,and there are still problems such as the form of information collection,the inefficient supply of information,imperfect regulatory mechanisms,the need to strengthen service quality,and weak basic investment.In view of the above problems,this study analyzes the causes of the problems from five aspects:collecting government functions,supplying government functions,managing supervision functions,social service functions,and basic support functions.In this study,the following suggestions are proposed:First,further improve the information collection function,build a unified standard system,and strengthen the interest coordination mechanism;second,further strengthen the supply of information functions,enrich the information supply content,and improve the information supply method.Third,further strengthen management and supervision functions,improve organizational structure,accelerate local policy guidance,strengthen evaluation and supervision system,and explore the establishment of fault tolerance mechanism;Fourth,further enhance social service functions,improve government service concepts,strengthen sharing propaganda and guidance,and improve public feedback.The fifth is to further consolidate the basic security functions,build a composite talent team,achieve multi-channel financing,and promote technical support.
