Research On The Open And Sharing Of E-government Information Resources In Jiangsu MSA

Maritime safety administration is responsible for the supervision and management of water sector. With the ministry of transport actively promote the construction of e-government,as the information collection center of the waterway transportation industry,the maritime sector plays a key role in the development of the maritime e-government.Jiangsu MSA around the development strategy of "to promote the modernization of marine management by information technology", and constantly promote the construction of e-government.It established an information network,data center and a comprehensive management information platform for the maritime business.The goal of be paperless office, real time monitoring, intelligent statistical analysis, performance monitoring, intelligent risk control, application interface humanization has been basically achieved. maritime management and service efficiency is greatly improved.The management and service efficiency of the maritime sector has been greatly improved.In recent years, the achievements made by Jiangsu MSA in the field of information management, marine network and hardware equipment are worthy of recognition.The construction of e-government improve the administrative efficiency of Jiangsu MSA, and promote the openness and transparency of maritime administrative work.However, due to the constraints of the management system, technical conditions and ideas, there are still many deficiencies in the open sharing of information resources of Jiangsu MSA.If we do not face the problem and analyze the causes, information island , waste of resources will be difficult to cure.It will greatly restricting the development of Jiangsu MSA.The concept of e-government 'information resources sharing is the breakthrough point of this paper.The author uses the methods of literature research, analysis and induction,comparative study and other methods to research,and analysis of the sharing problems and their causes.
