Research On The Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights In Sino-US Trade

The intellectual property trade relationship between China and the United States has become the most important part of bilateral economic and trade relations and also affects the development of the world economy.Trade between China and the United States has been expanding,and friction over intellectual property has been frequent.China has some deficiencies in intellectual property rights,whether in legislation,law enforcement or judicature.The level of intellectual property rights protection is not in direct proportion to the economic development speed,and cannot be compared with the high-end level of intellectual property rights protection in the United States.The United States has repeatedly initiated "special section 301" and "section 337 investigation" in China,citing the low level of China's intellectual property rights and the violation of its intellectual property rights.In the process of protecting intellectual property rights,China has promoted the improvement of its own intellectual property system,stepped up the enforcement of intellectual property rights and promoted scientific innovation.China is committed to stepping up the close cooperation between the two countries,and through the dialogue and consultation mechanism,China and the United States will build a friendly and equal relationship of economic and trade cooperation so as to achieve win-win cooperation.This paper first introduces the history of China-US.
