The prison,China's judicial execution,the Shanghai prison administration directly manage more than a dozen prisons in Shanghai,including Shanghai's TLQ prison,and the southern Anhui farm prison in Anhui.The places where the Chinese judicial discipline is carried out to defend the city and the state.The quality of a prison will directly affect the actual strength of urban judicial punishment,and also reflect the safety factor of a city from side to side.In recent years,the state has made great efforts to renovate the identity consciousness and business ability of public servants.The demand for the police is becoming higher and higher.The inefficiency of the working efficiency which is contrary to the increasing demands is inevitable.One side is the increasingly exposure of the prison system under the view of the masses,and one side is the day by day.To reduce the enthusiasm of the work,facing the supervision of the superior departments and the social people,the problem that the young police officers lack professional incentive policy is completely exposed.This paper first begins with the current situation of the job burnout of the young police in Shanghai prison,and excavates the practical significance of the related theories of public management in the career of the youth police.Collecting the questionnaire survey on the professional identity of the youth police in the prison as a research data to analyze the current motivation of the work.In order to find out the challenges and difficulties faced,we can find out the problems in the rapid production of job burnout.Secondly,compare and draw lessons from the advanced practice and experience.Finally,the measures and suggestions to meet the actual situation of Shanghai prison are put forward at the end of this paper.This article is divided into six parts: the first part,through consulting the information to clarify the study of the Shanghai tilaqiao prison prison police job burnout and solutions to the basis and research significance,and detailed introduction of the domestic and foreign prison research status and research methods.The second part,focusing on the relevant concepts and theories of the job burnout and professional motivation of the prison police,introduces the theoretical basis of public management respectively,so as to preliminarily discuss the inspiration of various incentive theories to the professional incentive of the youth police.The third part elaborates the current situation of Shanghai youth police's professional incentive work,and lists the problems arising from lack of professional incentives for young policemen in tilanqiao prison.The fourth part,the analysis of the lack of occupational incentives in Shanghai prison system,analysis about the cause of the immediate cause of job burnout,from the subjective factors and objective external factors,unit measures two aspects.The fifth part,combined with the actual situation in Shanghai,and at the same time fully draw lessons from the actual use of the same type of domestic prisons to improve the enthusiasm of the police career,as a reference to improve the enthusiasm of the police in Shanghai prison system.The sixth part,reduce the work pressure from the occupation,occupation supervision and appropriate human,improve the construction of the system of occupation development,strengthen the prison police Youth Ideological and political work,enhance the occupation ideal and belief education indirectly,strengthen youth police occupation skill training in hand.So we can get some suggestions for improving the enthusiasm of young police in Shanghai prison administration.
