Research On The Operation Of Township Government Affairs Platform Under The Background Of "Internet +"

Since 2008,the development of Internet technology in China has improved rapidly.The wide application of Internet + has begun to show its head in the government's government service,and gradually occupies an important position.With the continuous development of the Internet + government platform,the public pays more attention to the "electronic platform",the administrative micro-blog,the government public number and so on."Internet +" can timely convey information,improve the public's awareness and facilitate the masses to better understand the government's policies.Since the forty years of reform and opening up,great changes have taken place in China's rural areas.The traditional mode of government governance has gradually not adapted to the speed of information development.Deepening the construction of the "Internet + government platform" can effectively promote the transformation of government functions,raise the growing demand of the masses,speed up the spread of policies,and promote the transformation of government functions in villages and towns.Government work is more informationized and service-oriented.The operation of the "Internet + government platform" requires not only technology,but also innovation and functional transformation that requires government ideas,which is of great significance for promoting the government's transformation of governance methods and improving the level of public services.On the basis of extensive research and reading of relevant scholars' research results at home and abroad,this paper takes the operation of Y Town Government Platform as the research object,takes the government reengineering theory,service-oriented government theory and E-government theory as the foundation,uses literature research,interview,empirical analysis,etc.,to analyze the problems existing in the operation of the Government Platform,and explore relevant solutions.The whole article is divided into six parts.The main contents are as follows: firstly,this paper introduces the background of "Internet + government platform",expounds the practical significance of development,summarizes the research status and theories at home and abroad,and expounds the research objectives,contents and problems to be solved.Then,the two core concepts "Internet + government services" and "government platform" are explained and expounded in detail,followed by three related theories: government reengineering theory,service-oriented government theory and E-government theory,and the main points of these theories are sorted out,and the concepts of these theories are distinguished.The paper also analyzes the actual application of Y town government platform.Combined with a series of data obtained through the survey and research,by comparing with the traditional management mode,it summarizes the advantages of the Internet + government platform in Y Town,and focuses on the main problems arising from the operation process.In view of the problems and the causes of the problems,we put forward a strategic way to further promote the operation of the Internet + government platform.The last part expounds the conclusion of the operation of the Internet + government platform and the prospects for future development,and makes a comprehensive and systematic summary.
