Research On Public Security Management Of Small Family Hotels

With the rapid development of the national economy,people's material living standards continuously improved,and the number of economic and recreational activities has not only increased significantly,but has become an indispensable part of people's lives.More and more people like travelling cross-transnational,provincial,etc,while not limited to local area.The flow of people is becoming more and more frequent.In this process,“family-style” small hotels have gradually emerged as the choice for people to travel because of their low price and convenient location.As a service industry,“Family-style” small hotels(hereinafter referred to as family lodges)have the value of improving the economy and providing diverse services,but at the same time,due to the short development process and lack of clear and standardized management,the security issues related to the small family hotels have gradually emerged,posing a threat to the lives and property of the people.In recent years,with the prosperity of small family hotels,the number of illegal cases and hidden danger related to them has increased year by year,reducing the social security degree,which has caused more and more attention in society.For a variety of reasons,the governance of small family hotels has become a difficult problem.As the main department that maintains social public safety and the safety of people's lives and property,the public security agency has been carrying out small family hotel governance work,but the effect is not satisfactory,and the problem has not been completely solved.At present,China's society has entered a stage of transformation and upgrading,and social security management must also be “transformed and upgraded”.It should break through the limitations of the concept,focus on people's livelihood,pay attention to people's participation,and innovate the methods and methods of public security management to achieve governance of small family hotels.Considering the above reasons,and by using empirical research,comparative research and other research methods,taking the more prominent areas of the small family hotels in Chengdu district C area as the research object,combined with the grass-roots public security work experience and the public security management advanced experience at home and abroad.This paper explore the security management strategies of small family hotels,On all these basis,this paper explore the security management strategies of small family hotels,and propose countermeasures,mainly: first,further improve laws and regulations;second,establish a comprehensive governance system to strength the government-led function and the interactive collaborations of different departments;third,strengthen the system based on public security duties.The fourth is to set the administrative examination and approval standards according to local conditions;the fifth is to use social forces to achieve comprehensive management of public security;the sixth is to increase the level of scientific and technological applications to improve management services;and the seventh is to further optimize the demolition and resettlement.Through the above measures,we will strive to fundamentally solve the problem of public security management of family hotels,and at the same time provide reference for areas with the same problems.
