With the rapid development of social economy and information technology,the increasing trend of economic globalization,the social objective environment and people's ideas have changed a lot.Under the background of "Internet plus",teenagers are in an era of rapid development and rapid change,which puts forward severe challenges and higher requirements for their education and growth.The sound of the whole society paying attention to the growth of young people has never diminished.As a mass organization of Advanced Youth,the Communist Youth League plays an important role in the management of Youth Affairs.The Youth Integrated Service Platform is the carrier of integrating all kinds of resources,the support of the League organization to connect with the youth,the platform of the League serving the society and the youth participating in the social practice.This article takes the Dongying Youth Integrated Service Platform as the research object,has carried on the investigation research to the Dongying Youth Integrated Service Platform Construction present situation,it points out that at present,the Youth League organizations in Dongying have such problems as low social recognition,lagging forms and methods of platform construction,backward software and hardware facilities,insufficient service carrying capacity and weak effective coverage in the construction of Integrated Service Platform for young people,etc.It also analyzes the causes of the problems in depth,pointing out that the main role of the platform construction is not clear and the propaganda is not in place;the platform operation and management concept is backward and the innovation ability is insufficient;the funding source is single and the safeguard mechanism is not perfect;the resources integration ability is insufficient,the imperfect operation mechanism,the shortage of professional service personnel and the poor team stability are the main factors that cause the problems in the construction of integrated service platform for youth in Dongying.Combined with the practice and exploration in the League organization work,and learning from the domestic and foreign youth public service system construction experience,the author puts forward that we should make clear the main position of the platform,strengthen the publicity and promotion,renew the platform construction idea,and innovate the service way;We will improve the platform guarantee mechanism and broaden financing channels,improve the platform operation mechanism and enhance the ability of integration,strengthen the team building of the platform and improve the service level in the five aspects of strengthening and improving the construction of the platform for comprehensive services for young people in Dongying,with a view to providing useful exploration for the construction of an integrated service platform for young people in Dongying.
