Research On The Standardization Of Administrative Documents Of Local Governments In My Country

The fundamental goal of the standardization of administrative documents is to improve the efficiency of document processing and the ability to serve economic and social development by improving the quality of government documents,streamlining the procedures for receiving documents,and standardizing filing requirements for filing.Under the framework of the basic system of administrative official documents,it is the only way to improve the standardization of administrative documents in the overall situation and the problems and causes of the current administrative documents.Because some local governments pay insufficient attention to the standardization of administrative documents,and the lack of processing level and ability,there are many problems in the format and content of sending documents,the quality and efficiency of receiving documents,and the application and sharing of filings.This paper takes the local government administrative official documents for sampling and research,analyzes the status quo of administrative official documents,explores the problems in the process of handling local government administrative documents,and further analyzes the reasons to propose feasible solutions.To provide theoretical support for the standardization of administrative documents,so as to improve the efficiency of administrative offices and make the work of official documents more rigorous.
