Participation Of Female Citizens In Public Policy Research

Public policy cannot be separated from the participation of citizens,while women are marginalized by the male-centered public policy.In the process of policy participation,there are few considerations from the perspective of women.Binary opposition views of Chinese scholars in the west think that the women at the present stage in China is still at a disadvantage in terms of policy in place,even if the study conclusion shows that the participation of women ability improved,but through statistical and other quantitative methods to study more,failed to fully consider the hidden macro Numbers of individual particularity.This paper establishes a short-term relationship with the interviewee through in-depth interviews,collects the research data,understands the current situation of female citizens' participation in public policy,fully reflects the demands of female groups,analyzes the reasons behind the current situation,and explores the efforts made by women in public policy participation.The study found that gender influences the policy participation of female citizens.In the research on the participation of female citizens in public policy,no matter from the perspective of cognition,attitude or behavior,it is found that female citizens have sufficient policy knowledge,identify with their own policy rights,take positive and good intentions for policy participation,and put them into action in actual political life.At the same time,the policy participation of female citizens has some preferences and tends to be closely related to the vital interests of women themselves and their families,such as family,marriage,employment,pension and education policies.Female citizens have a clear sense of self.On the one hand,this self-recognition of female citizens is the recognition of their existing status as the other,as well as their own advantages and disadvantages.Among them,the "other strength" that male does not possess is the unique advantage that female citizens are proud of.There is no clear line between politics and gender,is innate physiology sex,gender is the result of social evolution,the day after tomorrow the weak position of female participation in the policy is being constructed,female citizen participation in public policy of cognition,attitude and behavior has been working hard,they understand the policy environment,to understand as the advantages and disadvantagesof women's participation in political life,have their own participation in the policy preference and characteristics.Men and women should enjoy the equal right to participate in public policy,institutional allocation is by far cannot reach the target,the system of tilt and adjustment needs time,after all,specific implementation still can not smooth,is more of a need to perception of public policy,the group of women from bottom to top by the promotion of public policy participation from the inside out,self,autonomy,voluntary empowerment.The self-realization of women in the field of policy should not be reflected in the results,but more emphasis should be placed on participation,which is an action and a process.The conferment of dominant ability in the whole process of public policy is particularly important.Empowerment relies on the support of the public sector.Self-empowerment requires women to make their own efforts,and it takes some time for the empowerment subjects to transition from the government to women themselves.
