House Spring And Autumn: An Analysis Of The Social And Cultural Connotation Of The Family Space Of Qinjiang Manchu Village Banner

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze,under the scope of cultural anthropology,the socio-cultural meanings of the traditional house space in Qinjiang Manchu village in Fujian province.House can be a physical building,a collection of objects,and a social place for people's family relationships,space concepts,and performances.Compared with the houses in other local villages,the houses of the descendants of the Qing Dynasty in Qinjiang Manchu village not only have retained the functional structures of the Qing Dynasty flag camp,but also the multiple characteristics of the Mindong residence.After the dissolution of the banner camp,the homes of the Qinjiang bannermen not only experienced fundamental changes in their functions,but their architectural forms also showed a superposition of different historical periods and cultural forms.The social system and structure of Manchu banner camp,the local scene of Yangyu village,together with the social relationship between the bannermen and the villagers,have constructed a cultural representation of the multi-integration of their house space.Therefore,taking Qinjiang Manchu village as an example,the house space explored in this paper is not only a dynamic society that has undergone several generations of institutional changes in the time dimension,but also a complex society that integrates the navy camp and the local customs of Fuzhou.The main aim of this paper is not to identify and distinguish the projections of various historical stages and different cultural forms in the architectural form,but instead,to explore the internal logic and principles of the social and cultural construction of people's house space in the Qinjiang Manchu village from a new perspective.The first chapter of this paper will review and sort out the researches on house space,Manchu society and Qinjiang Manchu village,and then introduce the research methods of this paper.The second chapter and the third chapter will focus on the relationship between the social organization of Qinjiang and the spatial order of their house.The second chapter mainly looks at the level of the banner camp structure and the binary opposition feature in the external structure of the house from the external space of the house.The third chapter looks at the internal relationship of the family from the performance of the interior space of the house,and the fourth chapter mainly discusses the relationship between people and space in the scale of the house by observing dwellers'daily life and space practice,that is,the relationship between the spiritual space of the people's mind and the house space.
