Research On The Construction Of New Rural Communities In Dezhou City

Our economy is moving forward,people's lives are getting better and better.However,the polarization between urban and rural areas is becoming more and more serious,the urban-rural dual structure is still obvious.The urban-rural dual contradiction has become the most important cause of the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In order to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",crack the urban-rural dual contradiction,promote urban-rural integration and development,and enable farmers to enjoy the same life as urban residents,the party central committee has put forward the strategy of overall planning for urban and rural development.In this context,the sixth plenary session of the 16 th CPC central committee pointed out that rural communities should be built into a "well-managed,well-served,civilized and peaceful community of social life".New rural community construction has been put on the important agenda.New-type rural community construction has become a powerful measure to develop rural economy and solve farmers' difficulties.The construction of new-type rural communities,by integrating villages,changing agricultural development mode,innovating management mode,cultivating new farmers and other effective means,promotes the rural areas,agriculture and farmers to move forward into a new era.Obviously,the construction has become the key to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and an effective way to eliminate the urban-rural dual structure and realize the interactive development between urban and rural areas.Nowadays,new-type rural community construction has become a key field of China's overall development.How to solve the problems faced by the new rural community construction and promote the development of community construction has become an important topic for domestic experts and scholars.In recent years,all parts of the country have followed the pace of national policies and the new era,and vigorously carried out the construction of new rural communities,and have achieved good results.In 2008,under the correct guidance of the superior policies,Dezhou city opened the road of new-type rural community construction.In this 10 years obtained a good result,drove rural whole to develop.Compared with the old countryside in the past,the living standard of the peasants has improved a lot.In retrospect of the past achievements,Dezhou city should also clearly recognize that there is still a long way to go in the construction of new rural communities and face many unknown difficulties.In the future construction,it is still necessary to constantly reflect,summarize,explore and intensify the work.This paper studies and analyzes the construction of new rural communities in Dezhou city,which is composed of five chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background and significance of the construction of new rural communities,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter analyzes the new rural community construction related overview and basic theory;The third chapter summarizes and analyzes the present situation of new rural community construction in Dezhou.The fourth chapter through the theory closely combined with practice,found that there are problems in the construction of new community in Dezhou city,such as inaccurate construction planning and design,insufficient capital investment,relatively lagging public services and so on,and in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems in the construction of new rural community in Dezhou city.The fifth chapter puts forward feasible countermeasures for the construction of new-type rural communities in Dezhou city,so as to provide a good reference for the construction of new-type rural communities in the future.
