Research On The Transformation Of Township Government Functions In My Country's Agricultural Regions

The foundation for the implementation of the "rural revitalization strategy" is also in rural areas.Policies and measures to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas have also been gradually promoted,and a series of policies to support and benefit farmers have been issued.In the face of the new national strategic requirements and development opportunities,the rural governments in China's agricultural areas must make clear their functional positioning,constantly accelerate the pace of their own functional transformation,better meet the strategic requirements of national development,and adapt to the rapid development of China's social and economic process.However,due to the comprehensive influence of economic development level and the status quo of its own functions,there are still many problems in its functional transformation,making it difficult for the effect of functional transformation to meet the actual needs.Based on this,this paper takes agricultural region of the township government function transformation as the main research object,the functions of government,responsible government and governance theory as the main theoretical basis,with its current main functions and functional transformation on the basis of the practice,to explore the achievements,problems and reason of the township government functions,and design optimization countermeasures that conform to the change of its function,the villages and towns government function transformation for our country agriculture areas to provide specific guidance.The main content of this paper is composed of the introduction and the following three parts: the first part is an overview of the functions of rural township governments in agricultural areas: firstly,it defines the relevant concepts of the functional transformation of rural township governments in agricultural areas,and introduces the theoretical basis of this study;Secondly,it clarifies the main functions and characteristics of the township government in agricultural areas;At last,the paper introduces the concrete practice of the function transformation of township government in agricultural areas.The second part specifically analyzes the status quo of the functional transformation of township governments in agricultural areas: the achievements and shortcomings of the functional transformation,and deeply explores the reasons leading to the insufficient functional transformation.The third part introduces the specific countermeasures to promote the functional transformation of rural township governments in agricultural areas: explains the principles to be followed in the functional transformation,as well as the specific path to promote the functional transformation.
