Refined Research On Public Safety Risk Prevention And Control In Urban Communities

With the rapid advance of urbanization process,on the one hand,These changes bring people rich and colorful life and convenient service,on the other hand,due to the population influx,earth-shaking changes have taken place in urban ecological,city is becoming a vast amount of running system,and the administrators are faced with many new problems and challenges.Community is the cell of a city,and its security and stability are closely related to maintaining the overall security of the city.However,at present,community security is faced with many traditional and non-traditional threats which have a serious impact on community security.Public safety is an important component of the public goods that the government should provide.the most critical thing is how to control the risk of impacting on the community safety to eliminate the threat factors to residents,and achieve the state of community refined management.Taking the urban community public security risk prevention and control as the research object,basing on the theory of the risk management theory,combining the reality of our country,namely under the background of proposing city of refined management,constructing public security risk management framework,this paper selects Shanghai linfen community as a typical case for further analysis,through interviews and other research methods,learns how to implement the community public security risk prevention and control,analyze the results,and further refine experience,excavate the problems;Finally,combining with the public security risk management framework under refined management,it provides ideas for the practical path of the prevention and control of public security risks in urban communities in the future.Mainly from the following aspects to expand the discussion,“intelligent thinking promotes the community public security risk identification and communication refinement;data thinking improves community public security risk analysis decision refinement;Standard thinking improves the community public security risk management implementation refinement;efficiency thinking promotes the community public safety risk prevention and control results refinement ",finally,so as to achieve the refined results of public safety risk prevention and control.
