Improve The Research On The Operating Mechanism Of Jiangsu Grass-roots Women's Council

Marx viewed womenfs liberation from the height of human liberation,and regarded women's liberation as a measure of social progress and an indispensable condition for human liberation.An important part of women's liberation is to promote the equal enjoyment of the rights granted by the Constitution by men and women,including political rights.At present,women's deliberations are in full swing throughout the country.Women's enthusiasm to participate in politics is stimulated.More and more women participate in women's deliberations.Women's Council is an effective carrier of women's participation in social governance and an important means to guide women to express their interests.It is of great significance to study grass-roots women's Council for safeguarding women's legitimate rights and interests,promoting social harmony and stability,and promoting the implementation of the national policy of equality between men and women.Based on the operation mechanism of grass-roots women's councils,this paper explores the core elements and operation process of grass-roots women's councils through case analysis,reviews the origin and development process of Jiangsu grass-roots women's councils,and tries to combine the six latitudes of the subject,object,process,form,rules and results of the councils with the Shuixiu community in Wuxi,Guanghua community in Haimen and Yangyang community.Summarizing and reflecting on the practical experience of women's councils in Haicun,Jiangdu District and Hongqi Village,Lianshui County,this paper puts forward an effective model and feasible model for the operation of grass-roots women's councils.At present,China's women's Council is still in its infancy,its development is not mature and perfect,and there are many problems in its own and external environment.It is suggested to improve and improve the relevant laws and regulations and organizational guarantee,optimize the social and cultural environment of grass-roots women's councils,and improve the specific operation mechanism of grass-roots women's councils in order to better promote the development of women's councils.
