Research On The Practice Of Ecological Enrichment By Maoshan Town Government In Jurong City

In recent years,the unreasonable use of ecological resources and the difficulty of increasing farmers' income have hindered the pace of many rural areas to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity,and also affect strategic process of achieving balanced regional development and building a comprehensive well-off society.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The People's Government of Maoshan Town,Jurong City,Jiangsu Province,conducted a practical exploration on the road of ecological enrichment in accordance with the requirements of rural revitalization.Through the development of ecological agriculture,eco-tourism,and the promotion of industrial integration,Maoshan Town has achieved certain results.In this context,this paper studies the practice of ecological enrichment of Maoshan Town Government,aiming to help the grassroots government find the resistance to promote the ecological enrichment and propose an optimization strategy.Based on the theory of ecological economy,green development and responsible government,this paper expounds the concept of ecological enrichment and proposes that the Maoshan Town Government should promote the development and benefit the people by the role of guides,builders and service providers on the road of ecological enrichment.Based on the research and analysis of the practice of ecological enrichment of Maoshan Town Government,it summarizes the development status of Maoshan Town from four aspects:basic situation,development status of eco-agriculture tourism and living standards of farmers.And it analyzes the advantages of Maoshan Town in terms of development orientation,industrial foundation,ecological environment and policy guidance.And it studies the important measures of Maoshan Town Government of ecological enrichment,including maintaining high-quality ecological environment,promoting ecological agriculture development,strengthening eco-tourism construction,promoting eco-industry integration and establishing professional cooperative associations.Through analysis,find out the three types of problems faced by Maoshan Town Government in the practice of ecological enrichment,including the government's efforts to promote ecological development,the government's functions are not fully and rationally,and farmers'enthusiasm is not strong.Further analysis and study the cause of the problem,including the development concept can not keep up with the requirements of ecological development,the ecological development service system is imperfect,and the farmers' self-development ability is insufficient.Finally,according to the relevant theory and the actual situation of Maoshan Town,the optimization strategy is proposed:First,the government will play a leading role better,including improving planning to lead regional development,promoting industrial integration,and protecting and utilizing ecological brands.Second,the government helps farmers improve their self-development capabilities,including enhancing awareness of ecological development,improving agricultural technology knowledge,improving information acquisition capabilities,and training agricultural talents.Third,the government performs its functions scientifically,including reducing government intervention in the market,establishing an ecological performance outlook,improving infrastructure,and playing the helping role of the government.Fourth,the government provides quality services for development,including strengthening public services and information services,and improving service efficiency.
