Research On Community Grid Governance In Liyang City

With the increasing economic level,the continuous development of spiritual civilization and the effective improvement of material and cultural environment,people's demand for government services and social governance has entered a new era of higher standards.In the process of creating a civilized city in Liyang,the system of Community Grid govermance has been initially constructed,and the pattern of social governance has been improved.Based on this background,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of improving community grid govermance in Liyang.In this paper,there are some innovative ideas in research methods and research significance.The main research methods are questionnaire survey and case comparative analysis,which are closely combined with the community grid governance model being explored by the author's city,and have great practical guiding significance.Through combing the general situation of Community Grid governance in Liyang City and conducting questionnaires in four pilot communities,it is found that there are still some problems in Community Grid govermance in Liyang City,such as low participation of residents,insufficient integration of social forces,unreasonable governance structure,etc.The reasons are lack of awareness of resiaents'autonomy,weak strength of social organizations,inadequate publicity and promotion,and lack of system design.?Through the analysis of the three modes of Dongcheng District of Beijing,Xianlin Street of Nanjing and Tianning District of Changzhou,which meet the strategic requirements of Liyang City's "connecting with Nanjing and integrating into Changzhou",this paper provides some theoretical guidance and practical reference for Liyang City's Community Grid governance.This paper puts forward a path to improve the grid govermance of Liyang community,focusing on the concepts of "management" to "governance" and "grid" to"networking",and probes into the degree of government involvement to improve the governance pattern of multi-participation,improve the information linkage system,achieve fine management services,and improve the long-term management mechanism of grid.Finally,a new model of Community Grid governance with informatization,dynamic and fine management in Liyang City will be realized.This paper provides a theoretical reference for Liyang Community Grid governance work,hoping to improve the level of social governance in Liyang,promote the long-term development of civilized cities,and lay a solid foundation for the construction of Jiangsu-Anhui Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the most beautiful sub-central city of Ningxia-Hangzhou Eco-economic Belt.
