Research On Optimization Of Performance Management Of Tax Inspectors In D City

As an indispensable part of tax work,tax inspection plays an important role in national tax security.It is of great significance to study the performance management of grass-roots tax inspectors for effectively carrying out tax inspections and improving the performance level of D City Tax Inspection Bureau.This paper takes D City Tax Inspection Bureau as the research object,analyzes the current situation of performance management of D City Tax Inspection Bureau and tax inspectors through the review of the research on performance management of tax inspectors both at home and abroad,and makes use of the theory of objective management,strengthening theory and business process management by means of questionnaire survey and other research methods.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management of tax inspectors in D city,including weak awareness of tax inspectors,performance,deficiencies in performance appraisal system,unscientific setting of performance appraisal indicators,and inadequate use of performance appraisal results.This paper analyzes the causes of problems in the performance management of tax inspectors in D city from two aspects:the characteristics of tax inspectors and the perfect performance management system.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of tax inspectors,performance appraisal,this paper uses the theory and method of performance appraisal to optimize the performance management model of tax inspectors in D city,that is,starting from the main body of performance management(i.e.tax inspectors),in the main body of performance appraisal responsibility,performance management system construction,performance appraisal.The performance management of tax inspectors in D city is systematically optimized in terms of index system and performance appraisal results.Finally,according to the optimization scheme of performance management of tax inspectors,this paper puts forward the implementation measures in the aspects of performance management concept,performance management system,performance management indicators,performance feedback mechanism,performance management guarantee mechanism,etc.The research on the optimization of performance management of tax inspectors in D city can provide concrete suggestions and methods for solving the problem of performance appraisal of tax inspectors in D city,improving business ability,and improving the level of talent management.At the same time,it can provide a strong reference and reference for other tax inspection departments to optimize performance management.
