Research On The Needs And Guarantees Of Long-term Care For The Disabled Elderly In Xi'an

By the end of 2017,according to the statistics of the National Statistical Yearbook,the population aged 65 and over in China has reached 1.5831 billion,of which the population aged 65 and over has reached 158.31 million,accounting for 11.4% of the total population,and the old-age dependency ratio is 15.9%.The old-age dependency ratio is very high.The population is aging very seriously.According to valid statistics,the total number of urban and rural disability and semi-disabled elderly in 2015 was 40.63 million,accounting for 18.3% of the elderly population.The basic needs of disabled elderly people depend on others,and the demand for long-term care services is stronger than that of healthy older people.At present,China's long-term care model is still in the experimental exploration stage,and long-term care services face serious imbalances between supply and demand.Cities such as Beijing and Shanghai that have entered aging earlier have explored increasingly refined management models and methods to deal with the long-term care of disabled elderly.Although Xi'an has advanced the aging society lately,the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared.With the rapid development of the aging population,the elderly,especially the disabled elderly,are more expecting the government and society to care for the living,health care,and family facilities.Provide more convenient long-term care services.Based on the previous scholars' research,this study took the disabled elderly in Xi'an as the research object,and used questionnaire survey and regression analysis to investigate and analyze the needs of nursing service for the disabled elderly in Xi'an.Research: Firstly,through questionnaire survey to understand and analyze the needs and characteristics of long-term care services for disabled elderly in Xi'an;secondly,use regression analysis to analyze the status of long-term care services for disabled elderly in Xi'an,and further analyze the long-term care of elderly disabled in Xi'an The factors of demand;Third,the use of regression analysis to analyze the problems of long-term care services for disabled elderly people in Xi'an.Through research,it is found that the long-term care needs of disabled elderly people in Xi'an are mainly affected by the disability level,cultural level,health of the residents and economic status of the disabled.At present,the family care is not in the heart,the market supply is seriously out of balance,and the government guarantees insufficient.The long-term care needs of disabled elderly people in Xi'an cannot be effectively guaranteed and satisfied.On this basis,this paper proposes the following policy measures for the current situation of imbalance between supply and demand of medical care,life care and old-age facilities services in the long-term care of disabled elderly in Xi'an: focusing on the development of primary health care institutions;focusing on basic treatment,prevention and care To formulate plans for the care of disabled elderly people and the aging of family housing.
