Research On Urban Management Innovation In The Railway Station Area Of ??City C

The railway station area is not only an important transportation hub of a city,but also assumes the important responsibility of displaying the city image and displaying the spiritual civilization of the city.Due to the special geographical conditions in the railway station area,people flow and logistics are highly concentrated in the railway station area,which has always been the focus and difficulty in urban management.C city railway station area has an annual passenger flow of nearly 50 million,and there are several small commodity wholesale and trading markets around,people flow and logistics are highly concentrated,the geographical location is very important.However,the increasingly complex management environment and the increasing requirements of passing citizens and passengers have brought great pressure to the urban management of C city railway station.Taking the railway station area of C city as an example,this paper firstly studies the urban management with the theory of public management,studies the urban management with the theory of governance,studies the urban management from the perspective of local decentralization,urban management theory and urban management mode,and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature from five aspects.Then,combined with the actual situation of C city railway station,this paper analyzes the beneficial enlightenment of governance theory,public service theory and refined urban management theory to the urban management of C city railway station.Secondly,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the urban management of C city railway station: prominent contradictions,single management means,excessive administrative color,and lack of public participation.Then this paper analyzes the causes of the problems: first,the concept is backward and the goal is vague;second,the management is fragmented;third,the function transformation is not in place;fourth,the lack of public participation mechanism.Then this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of chongqing west railway station,tianjin west railway station and New York City successively,and obtains the enlightenment for the urban management of the railway station area,that is: first,the development concept should be standard advanced,pay attention to people-oriented;second,the function positioning should be transformed to the optimization of service;third,the working mode should be integrated linkage management.Finally,according to the existing problems,reasons for analysis and experience enlightenment,combined with the actual situation of C city railway station,this paper puts forward four Suggestions for the urban management innovation of C city railway station.Second,innovate the joint service mechanism,use scientific and technological means,and enrich the way of governance;Third,actively transform functions and promote refined management;Fourth,we will improve the mechanism for public participation.
