A Comparative Study Of The Development Plans For The Elderly In Wuhan's Communities

Population aging is the inevitable trend of human development.The population aging in our country is more prominent,and the characteristics of aging and empty nest becomes more and more obvious.It is occurs that getting old before getting rich in China,and the elderly pension situation is very grim.First of all,we investigated the situation of the amount of elderly population and the status of the pension in Wuhan City.Then based on the findings concluded,we summarized the problems in Wuhan currently.Compared and analyzed the domestic and foreign relevant successful cases,from which summarizing the experience and comparing the merits and faults,we concluded an conclusion:community care is suitable for Wuhan City.Then this paper is carried on quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis together.This paper use trend analysis method and fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to analyzed the two modes of development of community pension——retirement community reconstruction and new community endowment,respectively from the aspects of their opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of Wuhan city pension real estate development carries on the contrast analysis,expansion of community care development more in line with the actual situation of Wuhan pension development.At last,some suggestions and opinions are put forward for the development of community endowment in Wuhan city.
