This study mainly uses the video analysis method and the field observation method to analyze the relevant characteristics of the 32 military physical training courses of the Beijing G military school students.From the five dimensions of "teaching goal","teaching organization form","teaching content","teaching method" and "teaching evaluation",the 32-section military physical training class is observed and analyzed,aiming to explore the inadequacies of the military physical training course.And put forward relevant theoretical suggestions,optimize the military physical training class,provide theoretical reference for the adjustment of the military physical training course of the G military school,and finally improve the effectiveness of the military physical training class.This paper draws the following main conclusions: 1.G military academy students' military physical training class is centered on military sports training syllabus and assessment indicators,and closely follows the outline assessment indicators to achieve the ultimate goal of assessment.However,the emphasis on the passing rate of assessment is too high,and the assessment rate and the self-training of students are not well considered.2.The teaching objectives are not clear,and there is a lack of formulation and description of the teaching objectives of each lesson;the training plan is clear and organized,but the content is more general.3.The teaching content is rich,but the choice of individual training methods is relatively lack of rationality.The core regional strength training methods are not balanced,the frequency of sensitive quality training is too high;the training means of training load is clear,but relatively single.4.The choice of teaching organization form is more related to the arrangement of teaching content and physical training stage,and it is relatively fixed.5.The choice of teaching methods and the fixed content of the teaching content are conducive to the learning and adaptation of the students,but the flexibility is insufficient.6.There are many types of teaching evaluation in the military physical training class,but the evaluation content is relatively simple and the assessment indicators are fixed.
