| This experiment aims to study the effects of the traditional military fitness training mode and the optimised military fitness training mode on the physical form, basic quality and military fitness level of the cadets in the orientation training. This paper will provide a scientific basis for the enrichment and improvement of the military physical training content. This paper uses the experimental method as the main research method, and takes the optimisation of the military fitness training mode of the cadets as the research object.80 male cadets of the Missile Maintenance Major of Changsha Aviation Vocational College Class of 2020 are used as the experimental subjects, and they square measure divided into experimental and management teams, every with forty students. The experimental cluster was trained per the optimised coaching mode and therefore the management cluster was trained per the normal coaching mode for a 12-week experimental intervention. Before the beginning of the experiment, the themes were tested on their body form basic quality indicators and military physical fitness assessment indicators, and 2 teams were compared to confirm that there was no important distinction between the two teams before the beginning of the experiment.the 2 teams were compared to confirm that there was no important distinction between the 2teams before the experiment began. At the highest of the twelfth week of the experiment,he 2 teams of subjects were tested once more on physical type, basic quality indicators and military fitness assessment indicators, and also the information from the 2 teams before and once the experiment were compared and analysed.Results:(1)In terms of physical morphological indicators, the uncountable physical morphological indicators of the experimental cluster and also the management cluster were compared inside the cluster and were found to indicate extremely important variations(P<0.01).However,once the results of the 2 teams were compared, they showed important variations(P=0.049<0.05),and also the BMI of the experimental cluster attenuated quite that of the management cluster, indicating that the optimised training mode was better than the traditional training mode in controlling the weight of the trainees.(2)In terms of basic quality indexes, the experimental cluster showed extremely important variations(P<0.01)when put next with the management cluster, whereas the management cluster showed extremely important variations(P<0.01)in the eight-level abdominal bridge, standing long jump,50 m run,1000 m run and inverted support items, and nonsignificant differences(P>0.05)in the Illinois items.P>0.05),indicating that the traditional training model was more focused on developing the strength and endurance of the trainees and did not pay enough attention to the development of their agility qualities. The comparison between the experimental cluster and therefore the management cluster showed that, aside from the eight-stage abdominal bridge, there have been no important variations(P>0.05),and there have been important variations(P<0.05)in the standing long jump,1000 m run and inverted support. This indicates that the optimised training mode is more effective in improving the basic quality of the trainees.(3)In terms of military fitness assessment indexes,a comparison between the experimental group and the control group showed that, except for the sit-ups,there were significant differences in the single-bar pull-ups,double-bar curl-arm extensions and 3000 m running items(P<0.05),and highly significant differences in the basic fitness combination 1 and basic fitness combination 2 items(P<0.01).The mean scores of these items all met or exceeded the assessment standards set out in the military fitness syllabus, indicating that the optimised training mode was more conducive to the improvement of the trainees’ military fitness level.Recommendations:(1)When training trainees in basic qualities, strength training should be the basis, after obtaining a certain level of strength quality support, and then developing other qualities of trainees in order to obtain the greatest training benefits. In particular, agility training should be carried out after the student has a certain level of strength and speed,in order to obtain better training results.(2)Military fitness coaching for trainees with comparatively poor fitness ought to be allotted within the coaching method by observant the trainees’ reactions to the content and intensity of the load during training to actually adjust the training content and load.(3)Establish a sound assessment and analysis mechanism for shape coaching to confirm the implementation of coaching for all personnel and also the overall improvement of the extent of military quality.(4)Strengthen exchanges and cooperation with domestic physical fitness training professionals to master more advanced training concepts and methods, and constantly improve the traditional military physical fitness training model to make it more comprehensive, scientific and effective. |
