The relocation for poverty alleviation is an important means of poverty alleviation for rural poor people who have poor living conditions,do not have basic development conditions,and have weak ecological environment,restricted or prohibited development areas.By the relocation for poverty alleviation,the poverty-stricken households in certain areas have been rid of poverty,but some livelihood instability has also occurred.This paper analyzes the reasons for the livelihood of the affected people after the relocation of poverty alleviation in Dachuan District,based on the sustainable livelihood framework construction theory system.In this paper,the entropy method and CSI evaluation method are used to measure the low scores of the immigrants on the existing livelihood capital level.This paper analyzes the specific indicators of the livelihood capital of the affected people in the context of the relocation for poverty alleviation,and finds that the low human capital of the immigrants is the most important factor affecting the livelihood of the immigrants,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the livelihood issues of the resettlers in order to provide theoretical guidance for the promotion of poverty alleviation in Northeastern Sichuan.In this paper,under the country's policy of relocation and poverty alleviation,the poverty-stricken villages in Dachuan District were used as the research object to study the problems of livelihoods after relocation.The article analyzes the existing livelihoods of immigrants through methods such as literature reading,field investigation,entropy method,satisfaction evaluation,and comparative analysis.This article is roughly divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction part of the article,including the background of the relocation of poverty alleviation,the significance of this study,the theoretical methods proposed by the scholars at home and abroad for poverty alleviation and immigration,as well as the theoretical research on the livelihoods of the poor,and puts forward the research content,technical route,research methods and innovation.The second part is mainly the theoretical basis and conceptual research of this article,including poverty theory,immigration theory,sustainable livelihood theory,system theory,and the concept of the relocation for poverty alleviation.It is the basic part of this study.The third part is an overview of the overall situation of Dachuan District and the causes,resettlement methods and resettlement of poverty alleviation from the two aspects of natural conditions and socio-economic conditions.The fourth part discusses the problem of immigration after the relocation of Dachu an District,establishes the index system through the sustainable livelihood theory,and t hen uses the CSI evaluation method to calculate the score of the resettlement livelihood capital under the three resettlement modes.According to the results,the income of the r esettlers' livelihoods resettled in the village is higher than the other two resettlement me thods.This article analyzes the reasons for this.The fifth part analyzes the proportion of livelihood capital,including human capital,natural capital,material capital,financial capital,and social capital owned by immigrants,under three kinds of resettlement methods.According to the analysis,the livelihoods of the migrants under the three resettlement modes have all improved,but some migrants still have low levels of human capital.The sixth part proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the livelihood problems of immigrants in three different ways of resettlement.The seventh part is the conclusion part of this paper,and put forward the shortcomings of the paper for discussion.
