A Comparative Study On The Construction Of Open Government Data Platforms At Home And Abroad

In the era of big data,government data disclosure has become one of the important ways to realize the open sharing of government data and build a service-oriented government,and the government data opening platform plays a particularly important role in connecting data and the public,so how to build a government data opening platform has become an important topic of domestic government data opening.According to the research theories of senior scholars,the government data opening platform is divided into three layers in this paper: basic layer,data layer,and construction layer,and a comparative study will be made on the opening platform of government data at home and abroad based on these three layers.The advantages and problems in the construction of China's government data opening platform,as well as the causes of these problems was found on the basis of the achievements of China's government data opening platform and the deficiencies and successful experiences of foreign government data opening platforms.Therefore,it is necessary to find feasible countermeasures to improve the construction of the government data opening platform in China.The countermeasures mainly include: improving laws and regulations;paying more attention to data opening,and planned building data opening platform;building a national unified opening platform,and strengthening data management;building a platform ecosystem and creating a data opening environment.
