The Subecological Characteristics Of The British Workers' Rights Protection System During Thatcher Period

The validity of Chinese worker rights protection system has been questioned frequently in real economic life.The validity of worker rights protection issue is a conflict of worker and capitalist,and a unfair game of safeguard legal rights of relevant benefits agents.Although Chinese government and relevant benefits agents have been made a great effort,this issue isn't solved.Therefore,it is urgent to find ways to improve,which is trying to]earn from developed countries.Based on the Marx's labor relations theory,discussing experiences of the British worker rights protection system during Thatcher government,and using for reference,in order to solve the validity question of the Chinese worker rights protection system,respect and protect workers'rights,promote economic development and social harmony.Taking the Marx's labor relations theory,the economic ecosystem theory and the enterprise ecosystem theory as theoretical pillars,using methods of systematic scientific analysis and ecological science analysis,I introduce sub-ecological feature to the British worker rights protection system during Thatcher government.From the angel of sub-ecological feature and ecological feature,I analyze the quintessence of the British worker rights protection system during Thatcher government.Ecological feature is a mutualism state of dynamic,stable and harmonious.Sub-ecological feature is closely related to ecological feature.On the one hand,sub-ecological feature is close to the ecological feature,at the same time,sub-ecological feature is inferior to the ecological feature.Due to regime,technology and information,the ecological feature is limited and halfway.On the other hand,the limitation can be adjusted.During adjusting,sub-ecological feature can develop towards the ecological feature.It has diversity,stability and symbiotic characteristic of the British worker rights protection system during Thatcher government.Relevant benefits agents are not simple zero-sum games.In the course of competition,they have multiple and balanced strengths,competition and cooperation relationship,syncretic targets.Finally,they achieve a status of win-win.Workers protect themselves legal rights actively,maximizing their own profits.Companies adopt pragmatic strategies to maximize benefits.The Thatcher government use soft wisdom,which is divest some minor rights,seeking to maximize ruling interests.Trade unions maximize represent workers' rights,expanding social influence.The main body holds fast their position,guaranteeing the diversity of the system.The complicated competition and cooperation relationship reduces risk of turbulence,maintaining the stability of the system.Everybody's syncretic interest target promotes capitalist economy development,reflecting the symbiotic of the system.At the same time,this system has disadvantages.In fact,as the symbol of bourgeois regime,the Thatcher government protects bourgeois benefits and capitalist economy.During safeguard legal rights of workers,this system is halfway.The Thatcher government's reason is limited because of too much emphasis on the right to govern.Works are separated and their ability for protecting legal rights is reduced.As social economic organization,the labor union is halfway on concept and behavior of safeguard legal rights of workers.Consumers haven't enough value of consumers goods.There are something in common between China and Britain,such as background of industrial age,the mode of market economy,the protection mechanism of workers'rights constructed by the state.So the British experience is valuable for China.But,compare to Thatcherite,China has differences.Firstly,under the highly developed industrialization era,the development of Chinese science and technology requires that more and more workers should do mental work.Protection of workers' material rights is conducive to the full pay of workers' creativity.Secondly,with globalization deepening development,the competition for talents among countries is unprecedented.China must strengthen the protection of workers' rights,preserving the potential productivity.Finally,our government represents the fundamental interests of overwhelming majority of the people.Our government must stand firm and intensify and deepen the protection of workers' rights.Therefore,when learning from the British experience,it is necessary to analyze specific problems.Combining the characteristics of China's new era and Chinese characteristic,the ecological characteristics of China's workers' rights protection system should be constructed.The operation of workers' rights protection system needs a certain economic soil.The Chinese government should give full play to the driving role of innovation in economy,achieving high-quality economic development.At the same time,adhere to new concept of sharing,reasonable transfer of certain rights and interests,meeting wish of workers to pursue a better life and improve the sustainability of the rights protection system.In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge labor plays a more important role.Workers should enhance human capital,improving weak position in labor relations.At the same time,internal support system should be created with the help of workers of different ages,industries and classes.Under the background of deepening development of market economy,enterprises should establish labor relations of cooperative and sharing,formulate flexible management mode,maintaining good labor relations ecology.The balance of main force is conducive to stable operation of workers' rights protection system.We should introduce social forces,strengthen status of informal rights protection organizations.Research process and concrete content as follow:Firstly,clearing up related materials about worker rights protection system and the sub-ecological feature,this paper analyzes concept of ecological feature and sub-ecological feature,creates the sub-ecological feature of worker rights protection system on base of related theories.Secondly,collecting relevant materials,which includes the British labor-capital relationship,reminiscences about Mrs Thatcher,the British law and party,Chinese workers rights protection and so on.Thirdly,settling and summarizing relevant materials,the author studies the sub-ecological feature of the British worker rights protection system during Thatcher government.At the same time,combining the new era feature and Chinese characteristics,the author establishes the ecological feature of China worker rights protection system.At last,the writer states the disadvantages of this paper,and puts forward suggestions.
