The Design And Implementation Of The Personnel File Management System Of The Army

With the development of modem science and technology,enterprises have more and more requirements for the modernization and information of the archives management of personnel departments.As the world changes,China is deepening the reform of national defense and military.In order to cope with the rapidly changing international situation and maintain domestic security and stability,the renewal,reorganization and transformation of the armed forces at all levels has reached a critical stage.If we design a more specialized information system to manage the personnel files scientifically,we can get twice the result with half the effort.Combining with the actual situation of the Archives Management Department of a certain department of the Armed Police in Dalian,the author develops and designs the archives management system based on SOA architecture technology.XML,Java Server Faces,Hibernate,Spring and other related technologies were integrated in the development process.This article talks about the system requirements,designed three subsystems of archives data acquisition,archives comprehensive management,archives information service,and I programmed them this year.Finally,the system is tested,and the results show that the system meets the needs of the system.After using the file system,the daily work efficiency of the army has been significantly improved,and the operation of file entry,editing,volume adjustment and access has become simple and easy.
