An Empirical Study On The Credibility Construction Of Law Enforcement By Public Security Agencies

In recent years,with the in-depth advancement of the strategy of governing the country according to law,the public has increasingly demanded the police law enforcement work,and the credibility of law enforcement of the police has received widespread attention.The Police take the deepening of law enforcement standardization as a carrier to comprehensively promote the construction of the police under the rule of law.The level of legalization of the work of the police has been comprehensively improved.The overall situation of the police law enforcement credibility is not optimistic.In view of this,in view of the fact that most domestic and foreign experts and scholars have lacked practical research on the police law enforcement and credibility research,and proposed countermeasures that are not operable,this article takes the police in H City X District as an entry point,through research and combined with relevant data,it is concluded the police law enforcement credibility has internal level factors such as law enforcement subjects,law enforcement capabilities,law enforcement supervision,and law enforcement guarantees,and some people ’s weak legal awareness,generalization of non-police activities,and poor public opinion ecology.Strengthening the construction of the main body of law enforcement,enhancing the law enforcement capabilities of the police,strengthening law enforcement guarantees,performing the duties of the police in accordance with the law,and strengthening publicity and guidance,can effectively enhance the credibility of the police in law enforcement.
