Staff production is an important measure for administrative institutions to promote system and mechanism reform.In recent years,it has been actively explored all over the country.As the forefront of the reform,the development zone has some problems in the process of implementing the reform,such as the lack of incentive effect and the low enthusiasm of the staff due to the imperfect salary system.How to establish a salary system that matches the reform of the staff system,play the role of talents,improve work efficiency,and reflect the effectiveness of incentives in the construction of the park is the dilemma and problem faced by the current reform of the staff system.From the perspective of incentive theory,taking s Development Zone as a sample,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee compensation system,finds out the problems and causes,and puts forward the optimization path by using three incentive theories: expectation theory,equity theory and comprehensive incentive mode,and through questionnaires,interviews and other ways.Through the research and analysis,it is concluded that the problems of the staff compensation system in s development zone are mainly manifested in the aspects of compensation system,compensation standard,performance appraisal and incentive.To optimize the staff compensation system,we need to grasp the principle of establishing the compensation system from four aspects of fairness,sustainability,incentive and diversity,so as to improve the scientificity and rationality of the compensation system.The optimization path of the staff compensation system should be combined with the actual situation of the park and pay attention to the needs of the staff,starting with the design of the compensation system,the performance appraisal system and the construction of multi-level incentive mechanism,so as to maximize the enthusiasm of the staff and improve the efficiency of the utilization of human resources.Through this study,I hope to build a scientific and reasonable salary system,which can provide reference value for the deepening and development of the reform of the staff system.
