Research On The Practice Of Village Governance System Reform From The Perspective Of Comparison

The countryside is an important grass-roots organization governance and management unit.In the new era,it is carrying more and more functions such as autonomy,management,and services.The current reform of the village governance system is an important way to solve the outstanding problems of villages and modernize village governance.National macro-policy calls for the reform of the rural governance system to be diversified and integrated,and to explore effective governance methods.Based on the complexity of China,the academic community proposes that the road of differentiation should be taken.In the reform practice,villages in different regions have explored different institutional reform paths based on their own characteristics.From national measures in the national policy to the differentiated road of academia to the practical practice of rural diversification reform,there is no consensus and conclusion on the reform of the village governance system in China.The reasons for the formation of the differences in village governance system reforms and whether they show a certain common law have become a question worthy of study,and have reference significance for the further realization of rural revitalization strategies and the establishment of urban and rural living communities in the future.Based on this,The thesis aims to discuss the formation of the differential path of village governance system reform and its general laws.Two types of villages,urban villages and suburban villages,which are closest to the development of rural urbanization are studied through comparative and practical research methods.The selected samples are representative,although they cannot represent the governance system reform of the entire rural society.,But can be targeted to find rules and ideas.Based on the existing theoretical research and empirical materials,a writing framework is formulated,and the four dimensions of leadership system,autonomy system,economic development system,and management service system are selected to carry out the background,content,and operation effect of the village governance system reform in two cases Horizontal comparison,summing up the positive and inadequate effects of the two in the reform of the village governance system,and then analyzing the commonalities and differences between the two to provide content and materials for later thinking and reflection.Finally,based on the comparison of the village governance system reforms in the two cases,consider the factors that affect the village governance system reforms,reflect on the reasons for the formation of the different paths of village governance system reforms,and ultimately belong to the different village governance system reforms.The general law provides certain reference and reference for the futurereform of the village governance system.The theory comes from practice,combining academic theory with rural reality surveys.From a comparative perspective,it is possible to explore and analyze the reasons and general laws for the differences found in the reform of different village governance systems,and to understand the current reform of village governance systems.Based on following the general laws,we should adapt to local conditions,grasp the development ideas of the current and future governance reforms in different villages,and provide a reference for better implementation of rural revitalization strategies and urban-rural integration,and for the modernization of rural governance systems and capabilities.
