A Suburban Commercial Village's Governance

Along with market economy's development, the economy elites emerge massively in the countryside. In the last few years, the rural economy elites positively participating in rural governance, start to join in the troop of village's governance. This article takes the Ning village in Shaoxing as a case. Through the difficulties which the economy elites meet when participating in rural governance, the author wants to refract the whole village's governance. Using the solidarity theory, the author intends to analyze the reasons why the difficulties appear.In order to realize village's good governance, the author thinks it important to solve the current governance's difficulties, and also to mobilize the whole village's communities. In that way to mobilizes the whole village. The principal factor of the difficulties is the low level of the village's solidarity. Through reorganizing the village's order, enhancing community's solidarity, constructing the village's identity, the author thinks we can improve the ability of villagers' concerted action, enhance the entire village's solidarity, thus to realizes village's good governance.
