Since the reform and opening up,China's social economy has developed rapidly,and the traditional ideas have been impacted.Among them,the change of traditional marriage concept is the most representative.In recent years,China's divorce rate has gone all the way up,from 0.44 ‰ in 1985 to 3.2 ‰ in 2018.The rising divorce rate has led to a surge in the number of divorced women,among which the middle-aged divorced women are the most typical.They are growing older,their employability is declining,their sense of self-identity is low,they can't accept the fact psychologically,and they often resist the internal and external pressure by means of resistance,denial and negativity.If the middle-aged divorced women have strong resistance to adversity,they can gradually get rid of adversity after self adjustment.However,some middle-aged women are addicted to negative emotions such as anxiety,boredom and irritability,which affect their daily life and even cause depression and other mental diseases.The purpose of this study is to help middle-aged divorced women to eliminate negative emotions,establish rational cognition,tap potential advantages,rebuild self-confidence and improve resilience.According to the theme of this study,the author visited the middle-aged divorced women,their families and community workers in H community of Suichuan,and adopted questionnaire survey and interview to understand the overall situation of 54 middle-aged divorced women in H community in detail,analyze the risk factors and protection factors of middle-aged divorced women,and assess their needs.Through the investigation and research,it is found that some middle-aged divorced women have the fact of low level of resilience,which requires the intervention of social work to improve the resilience of middle-aged divorced women.This paper selects middle-aged divorced woman s as the service object,adopts the social work method of case work,collects data through interview,literature,observation and questionnaire,estimates the risk factors,protection factors and actual needs of the case owner,so as to tailor the service plan for the case owner.Under the guidance of the theory of advantage perspective,the service plan,starting from the three elements of resilience protection factors,conducts eight one-on-oneinterventions to eliminate the adverse consequences of resilience risk factors and strengthen the positive impact of resilience protection factors.After the completion of the case service,the author evaluates the effectiveness of the service,and summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the case work involved in the improvement of the resilience of middle-aged divorced women,hoping to provide reference for other scholars.The author believes that the case work involved in the improvement of the resilience of middle-aged divorced women plays an important role in group work and community work.However,after the completion of the case service,whether the middle-aged divorced women have enough strong resilience to resist the heavy pressure of life,which needs the joint intervention of the government,society,community and other forces to achieve.
