Social Work Intervention In Community Drug Rehabilitation Practice In The Strengths Perspective

Drug control is a worldwide problem.According to the latest world drug control report,the number of people who have used drugs in the world has exceeded 270 million,of which more than 30 million are addicts.A series of social problems caused by drugs affect our daily life.Since the promulgation of the drug control law of the People's Republic of China in 2008,China has formed a new system of drug treatment,which integrates voluntary drug treatment,compulsory isolation drug treatment and community drug treatment.The three ways complement each other's advantages and jointly build a solid fortress for drug treatment in China.At the same time,combined with the development of community drug rehabilitation work,with urban street offices and township governments as the main body,to help drug addicts get rid of their physical dependence on drugs,pay attention to the psychological drugs of drug addicts,fully mobilize social forces to help drug addicts integrate into society,reduce the occurrence of relapse,and ensure the effectiveness of drug rehabilitation work.Therefore,this paper uses the method of social work to carry out targeted work for community drug addicts.To help the case owner to give full play to the advantages of community drug rehabilitation based on his own specific situation,and help him to achieve the goal of drug withdrawal,return to society and prevent relapse.This paper takes m,a drug addict in H community of Shenzhen City,as an example,finds out the problems faced by the case owner in the process of community drug treatment and urinalysis,and intervenes with professional methods and skills of social work.In the process of practical work,based on the specific problems faced by the case owner,this paper uses the advantage perspective and ecosystem theory to intervene the individual,family and society of the case owner.The concept of family resilience,which is widely used in the field of psychology,is introduced to assist the community drug rehabilitation work,so as to build up the individual resilience and family resilience for the case owner and the family,effectively improve the individual capability of the case owner,improve the relationship between family members,and make up for the trust gap caused by the case owner's drug use.Through the construction of the resistance of the individual and the family,we can make them have the right attitude to deal with the problem of drug rehabilitation and put it into positive action.At the same time,through the social level to help the case owners solve the employment problem to provide a positive reaction to the established resilience,forming a trinity of support network to ensure the final effect of drug rehabilitation in the community of the case owners and prevent relapse.Through the intervention process of social work,it can be found that for community drug addicts,they should not only pay attention to the withdrawal of their own physical drug addiction,but also ensure the eradication of their psychological drug addiction.This process can not be separated from the support of family and society and its social recovery.The long-term effect of drug rehabilitation can be achieved and the relapse rate can be reduced by finding the advantages of the principal and strengthening and building up the resilience.
