Research On The Government's Role In The Reemployment Of Land-lost Farmers In Chongqing Jiangjin S Town

Since the reform and opening up,China's urbanization has made great achievements,and gradually explored a new way of urbanization development.With the development of urbanization,the problem of landless farmers is becoming more and more prominent.The re-employment of landless farmers is a very important part of it.Farmers lose the land they depend on for survival;they cannot use the original means of production,and thus their source of living is threatened.Some of them are not employed or the quality of employment is not high.In the long run,their living standards will gradually reduce,which is not conducive to family harmony and urban development.There is no doubt that the government plays an important role in promoting the re-employment of landless farmers.However,the actual effect of the role of the government is still insufficient.Through the investigation and Research on the role of government in the re-employment of landless farmers in the rural town of S,Jiangjin district,Chongqing(provincial-level)city,this paper aims to provide theoretical reference for solving the problem of re-employment of landless farmers and contribute to the development of new urbanization in China.This paper takes the role of government in the re-employment of landless farmers in the rural town of S of Jiangjin district,Chongqing(provincial-level)city as the research object,and selects representative communities for in-depth investigation and analysis.Through the analysis of the survey results and relevant data,it is found that there are a series of problems in the government's promotion of landless farmers' re-employment,such as the inadequate improvement of social security,the lack of cooperation between departments,the weak public service of government's promotion of re-employment,the imperfect implementation of supervision and coordination policies.By analyzing these problems and combining with the local actual situation,we found that the main reasons are as follows: the lack of related systems of re-employment,the lack of government service awareness,the restriction of the role of the government,the lack of a perfect regulatory mechanism and so on.In view of the existing circumstances of the government's role in the re-employment of landless farmers in rural town of S of Jiangjin district,Chongqing(provincial-level)city,this paper puts forward several countermeasures and suggestions from different perspectives: improve the security system and enhance the role of social security;clarifying the concept of responsibility transformation,strengthening the role of interest coordinator;updating the service network,improving the level of public service;strengthening the mechanism of responsibility improvement,enhancing the role of security policy implementation.
