Research On The Impact Of Corporate Political Relations On Technological Innovation In My Country's Underdeveloped Regions

In the international situation of economic globalization,innovation plays an important role in improving the competitiveness of enterprises and the economic development of countries and regions.China is in the midst of economic transformation,and innovation plays a more important role.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly pointed out that innovation is the primary driving force for development.We must firmly implement the innovation-driven development strategy,and innovation is steadily advancing in China.In the underdeveloped regions of central and western China,economic development is relatively backward and market mechanisms are weak.In the process of innovation,enterprises as the main body of innovation still have prominent problems such as weak innovation capabilities.The reason is that companies cannot get enough innovation resources from the market.In order to solve the problem of insufficient resources,enterprises will use political relations in social capital to obtain resources and use these resources for technological innovation to promote the sustainable development of enterprises and achieve economic growth in less developed regions.Based on this,this paper investigates the enterprises in Henan Province of the less developed areas,explores in depth the impact of enterprise political relations on technological innovation,and examines the internal mechanism between them,that is,enterprise political relations can directly affect technological innovation,and can also use resource acquisition of transformation mechanisms to promote technological innovation.In addition,enterprises with different scales have different resource bases,and the effects of relying on enterprise political relations to obtain resources and enhance technological innovation are also different.Therefore,the moderating effect of enterprise size on the above relations is further examined.Through model building and empirical testing,this article explains the relationship between the political relationship and technological innovation of enterprises in less developed regions.The main research results show that:(1)enterprise political relations have a significant positive impact on technological innovation.Enterprises can promote the improvement of technological innovation performance by maintaining a good relationship with the government.(2)Resource acquisition plays a mediating role between enterprise political relations and technological innovation.Specifically,the mediating role of resource acquisition between enterprise political relations and technological innovation is partially mediating role.(3)The enterprise size significantly positively moderates the impact of enterprise political relations on technological innovation.The larger the size of the enterprise,the stronger the impact of enterprise political relations on technological innovation;The larger the size of the enterprise,the weaker the impact of enterprise political relations on resource acquisition;in addition,the negative moderating effect of the size of the enterprise on the relationship between resource acquisition and technological innovation has not been verified.This will help to clarify the effect of enterprise political relations on the enterprise,and also have a deeper understanding of the internal mechanism and boundary of action.Therefore,it is beneficial for enterprises to face up to the relationship with the government,operate legally,and based on the scale of the enterprise,find a development mode that matches them,and then improve their level of technological innovation to achieve sustainable and healthy development.
