Performance evaluation research has always been a popular research in the field of human resources research.National Audit Office of the People's Republic of China(CNAO)X Regional Office acts as a branch of the CNAO.With the deepening of the reform of the national institutions,has put forward higher proposals for the CNAO X Regional Office to build a centralized,unified,comprehensive coverage,authoritative and efficient audit supervision system.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the existing employee performance evaluation program of the CNAO X Regional Office is of great significance to the CNAO X Regional Office for the better performance of audit supervision function.Firstly,on the basis of studying the current situation of performance evaluation at home and abroad,this paper expounds the relevant theory of performance evaluation,and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of common performance evaluation methods.Secondly,it combs the current situation of the performance evaluation of CNAO X Regional Office and the problems such as the lack of evaluation positioning,the absence of evaluation equivalence,the incompleteness and objectivity of evaluation indicators,the unscientific evaluation methods and organizational methods,and the imperfection of evaluation supporting system,and makes a thorough analysis of the causes of the problems.Thirdly,based on the theory and method of performance evaluation,one is to redesign the performance evaluation index and its weight in detail;the other is to use 360-degree evaluation method to evaluate;the third is to clarify the performance evaluation index and weight,object and subject,cycle and method,and the calculation method of evaluation score,the rules for determining the grade of evaluation and the feedback of the results of performance evaluation are discussed in detail.Finally,this paper analyses and expounds the main factors that restrict the implementation of the performance evaluation of CNAO X Regional Office,and puts forward some suggestions to ensure the implementation of the performance evaluation program of CNAO X Regional Office.
