Our country is in the critical period of economic development,the decisive period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the theme education of "never forget the original intention and keep the mission in mind" is constantly promoted.If our country wants to be rich,strong and developed,it needs a civil servant team with strong administrative ability.Civil servants are practitioners of national policies and play the role of uploading and releasing.Grass roots civil servants are most closely connected with the masses and have the most direct influence.The administrative level of grass-roots civil servants is directly related to the vital interests of the masses and the image of the government.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to establish a grass-roots civil servant team with high professional quality and strong administrative ability.In this paper,CF city grassroots civil servants administrative ability promotion strategy research as the theme,CF city grassroots civil servants administrative ability actual situation,as a case study,combined with public management,administrative management theory.Using the methods of literature analysis,data statistics,questionnaire and so on,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the administrative ability of the grassroots civil servants in CF city.Combined with the local actual situation,it analyzes and studies the current situation of the administrative ability of the grassroots civil servants in CF City,and has certain innovation in the research content: expand the research perspective of traditional theory.From the perspective of grass-roots,civil servants themselves,and government image,this paper analyzes the current situation of the administrative ability of grass-roots civil servants,which has a certain degree of innovation in the research perspective.There are some innovations in the specific countermeasures and suggestions,and it is proposed that multiple management nodes should be based on the overall construction and the maintenance of the interests of the masses.Therefore,this paper emphasizes that the improvement of the administrative ability of the grass-roots civil servants should adhere to the principle of comprehensiveness and focus,and focus on analysis and research.The first chapter is mainly about the research background,literature review,research methods and so on.The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of the administrative ability of grass-roots civil servants.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the administrative ability of the grassroots civil servants in CF City,through questionnaire,field visit,telephone interview and other forms.The fourth chapter is about the problems in the core competence and government management of CF city.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the problems of the administrative ability of the grass-roots civil servants,and the reasonsfor the low administrative ability of the grass-roots civil servants are analyzed from two aspects: the grass-roots civil servants themselves and the government.The sixth chapter studies the advanced experience of civil servants' administrative ability in other regions by literature review method,and establishes a comprehensive dynamic model to improve the administrative ability of grass-roots civil servants.In the seventh chapter,according to the current situation of the administrative ability of the grass-roots civil servants,we put forward some suggestions to improve it.The eighth chapter is the summary and expected effect of the thesis,and the questionnaire is attached at the end of the thesis.
