Since the 21 st century,"Indo-Pacific" has emerged on the international sta ge as an emerging geographical concept,and has been followed and gradually promoted by many countries.Among them,the Japanese-Indo strategy impleme nted by Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is the most typical.From conception to development to formation,Japan's "Indo-Pacific Strate gy" has gone through a long process,and its strategic objectives,specific conte nts,and specific implementation paths have gradually become clearer in develo pment.Throughout the gradual formation of the Indo-Pacific strategy,there w ere signs from Abe's first time in power: the Indo-Pacific region and visits to countries such as India and Southeast Asia were frequently involved in the spe ech.Since then,Japan's relations with the Indo-Pacific countries have gradually deepened and are in the process of development.In the process,the three el ements of dot,line and face are used to gradually develop the values diplomac y,the arc of freedom and prosperity and the four-nation alliance and the demo cratic security diamond to advance the Indo-Pacific strategy layer by layer to a chieve the establishment of its basic framework.The strategic goals of the Indo-Pacific strategy in Japan have also been c learly defined by the officials during the development process: In the vast area connecting the Asia-Pacific and the Indian Ocean,the existing international ord er will be maintained,that is,a free and open rules-based international order.In-depth study of the main content of its strategy,mainly divided into three pa rts: navigation,popularization and establishment of the rule of law;the develop ment of advanced infrastructure construction in line with international standards and quality to strengthen connectivity to pursue economic prosperity;improve maritime law enforcement capabilities,disaster prevention and prevention Proli ferate and strive to achieve peace and stability.The motivation for formulating the Indo-Pacific strategy in Japan has also changed with changes in the international situation,but in general,in order toexpand its influence in new geo-hot spots,intend to build a stable and effecti ve partnership network,and respond to new Chinese threats,this Three aspect s have become the main driving factors for Japan to promote the continuous f ormation of the Indo-Pacific strategy.Japan's "Indo-Pacific Strategy" has been in development for more than te n years,and its formation is still in its infancy.There are a lot of contradicti ons in the strategy: the qualitative nature of the strategy,the incomplete cooper ation of the allies,the support of the domestic people and the serious historica l problems of Japan are all factors that will affect Japan's future promotion of the Indo-Pacific strategy.For China,build a good identity,give full play to it s own advantages such as economic markets,and at the same time strengthen the building of relations with China and the United States,on this basis,firm national leadership to take the path of peaceful development,with sufficient pr eparation to respond flexibly to Japan's Indo-Pacific strategy.
