Research On The Emergency Management Mechanism For Emergencies Of Foreign Students In Colleges And Universities

With the expansion of the number and scale of international students in China's universities and colleges,international students emergencies caused by various factors are also increasing.The international students emergencies are characterized by suddenness,uncertainty,complexity,harmfulness and urgency,which has brought great challenges to the international students emergency management in universities and colleges.Therefore,how to improve the international students emergency management mechanism,effectively prevent and properly deal with the international students emergencies,has become an important subject for the management of international students in universities and colleges.The current international students emergency management mechanism includes the emergency prevention mechanism,the emergency disposal mechanism,the emergency recovery mechanism and the emergency safeguard mechanism.The first chapter focuses on the basic concepts of international students emergencies and international students emergency management mechanism.Based on the characteristics,types and causes of international students emergencies,the second chapter summarizes the current situation of international students emergency management mechanism.The third chapter analyzes the problems of international students emergency management mechanism.Finally,according to problems of the current international students emergency management mechanism,this paper proposes specific suggestions to improve the international students emergency management mechanism from four aspects,the emergency prevention mechanism,emergency disposal mechanism,emergency recovery mechanism,and the emergency safeguard mechanism.
