If colleges and universities can establish an effective early warning mechanism and response measures,we can effectively prevent and calmly deal with all kinds of emergencies.The catastrophic problems caused by various types of emergencies are a major challenge to mankind's social problems.With the successive emergence of various types of emergencies,human beings have gradually established corresponding emergency management mechanisms for emergencies,As a common theme of human society,the kinds of losses and impacts caused by emergencies have been reported.Students are a cell of colleges and universities and an important part of colleges and universities.A large student population makes colleges and universities become an important part of society.To solve all kinds of emergencies in colleges and universities,it is not only related to the health and safety of teachers and students in schools,but also to the happiness and tranquility of tens of millions of families.It not only can maintain the safety and stability of the campus and ensure the normal order of the campus,The prosperity to the country has a bearing on the rise and decline of the great rejuvenation cause of the Chinese nation.Although all colleges and universities have formulated contingency plans for emergencies,due to the imperfect emergency management mechanism and the lack of a sound emergency management mechanism,it is very difficult to respond promptly and promptly in emergencies.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the awareness of emergency management,improve the professional quality of managers,improve the level of emergency management and establish and improve emergency management mechanism for emergencies in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of four typical cases of unexpected incidents in Kunming University,this paper summarizes the current reasons for the unexpected incidents in Kunming University: the lack of safety concepts for teachers and students,the lack of emergency practice in emergency response to emergencies in colleges and universities;Emergency management system is not perfect;emergency management organization is not perfect,emergency management team of low degree of specialization,there is no sound emergency management laws and regulations;emergency management information communication mechanism is not perfect;the number of college counselors is small.According to these imperfections,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for emergency management in Kunming University to reduce the chances of school emergencies and their consequences and influence,so as to better create a good school atmosphere and make teachers and students be physically and mentally healthy Positive and progressive development.
