| "School bullying" has always been common in the school,but rarely received attention,unless the means too cruel or news media reports,and it mostly handled by the school according to their own school rules.However,with the social development,the function of parental discipline gradually weakened and people's awareness of the rule of law,and it enhance the teacher in the zero penalty policy,discipline rights and methods are affected.In April 28,2016,the State Council Education Steering Committee Office issued to the local "on the campus bullying special management notice",the school bullying had received special treatment,the community has become more and more attention to the problem of bullying.The first chapter is "Introduction" : to illustrate the research motivation,purpose,scope,methods and literature review.The second chapter is the "concept of school bullying in the legal field." It will discuss the meaning of the definition and type of bullying,the law of school bullying and the contents of legislative content of school bullying for domestic and foreign scholars,American government organizations and our country's education department.The third chapter is the "China's school bullying legislation content research" : by the United States has been set against the bullying of the United States and the same did not set up a special Chinese Taiwan,China's experience;the second part is China's current campus The third part is the suggestion of the contents of the legislative bullying in our country.Finally,the factors and countermeasures to overcome the legislation of bullying in our country are the last.The fourth chapter is "China's school bullying legislative content of the countermeasures " :legal system and the implementation of the two levels for the content of China's campus bullying legislation to put forward specific countermeasures.This dissertation will discuss the content of school bullying legislation in China from the legal system,hoping to understand the current situation of legal system in China,and explore the connotation of legal system of anti-bullying in the United States and Chinese Taiwan and give reference to our country.Legislative content research recommendations,and then provide reference to the construction of school bullying legislation. |
