Research On The Protection Of The Legal Rights And Interests Of The Private Economy

As early as more than 30 years ago,the relevant security provisions for private economy have been written into the constitution.The current constitution of our country,namely the 1982 constitution and the five subsequent amendments to the constitution,gradually defined and consolidated the legal status of the private economy.From focusing on the micro individual economy to looking at the growing private economy,from "the supplement of public ownership economy" to "the important component of socialist market economy",from "guidance,supervision and management" to "encouragement,support and guidance" and "supervision and management according to law" to ensure the healthy development of private economy,the Constitution and regulations Fan's gradual evolution fully shows that the state and society pay more attention to and trust the private economy.In the current tide of China's economic development,the private economy is contributing its own strong strength,and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of the private economy is becoming more and more important.The first chapter of this paper combs the evolution and development of the legal status of the private economy in China's economic system,reviews the history and makes a general survey of the process,to think about the huge driving force for the economy brought by the legitimacy of the equal status of the private economy.The second chapter summarizes the difficulties faced by the development of private economy and analyzes the reasons for these difficulties.In the third chapter,the legal rights and interests of private economy should be treated equally.The fourth chapter discusses that optimizing business environment is the fundamental way to protect the legitimate rights and interests of private economy.The fifth chapter discusses the legal way to optimize the business environment through the practical analysis of various departments and regions.
