Research On The Shanghai Student Union In The Early Days Of The Founding Of New China (1949-1952)

Under the leadership of the communist party of China(CPC),the student federation is a student organization that leads and organizes students to participate in various political,cultural and social activities and expresses opinions on behalf of students.The Shanghai student federation also played an important role in the early years of the founding of the People's Republic of China.This paper mainly discusses the specific work carried out by Shanghai students' federation at the beginning of the founding of new China.Unite with the youth,organize and mobilize the students in Shanghai to participate in the student movement,and actively devote themselves to the various struggles faced by Shanghai after liberation;In the field of education,students' most practical personal life and difficulties in study life are assisted and welfare and relief are provided to students.At the same time,in order to improve its organizational development,cooperate with the communist youth league and guide the work of the student union,strengthen the guiding role of the students' federation in the student group;We will develop the cause of literature,art and sports,lead students to actively participate in international competitions,strengthen international publicity,and enhance the influence of Chinese students among international students.Shows young students of this period of history under the correct guidance of the Chinese communist party and the people's government,actively organize student association in Shanghai,Shanghai students effectively relieve the association of Shanghai in the early days after foundation of students drop out of school and difficult situation smoothly new-democratic learning,promote development of the patriotic movement,enrich and develop the situation of the student movement and scale,improve students and student organizations in society status,encouraging young students promote patriotism in historical role of the construction of the motherland.It not only improves the rate of students' resumption of school,ensures the smooth development of new democratic learning,enriches the form of student movement,expands its scale,and promotes the active promotion of patriotic student movement.It also provides a strong guarantee and support for students to receive education without worry,improves the social status of students,and gives full play to the social role of young students as a vital force.For Shanghai federation of students work during this period of study,based onthe present,the development of the youth organizations help young students to grow,contribute to a new era under the establishing and promoting the concept of new youth,help to continue to carry forward the spirit of patriotism,collectivism spirit,to summarize experiences and lessons of the youth movement or for the development of China's political and social reality,and the development of the contemporary youth,have a certain guiding significance and practical significance.
