Research On Urban Community Negotiated Governance From The Perspective Of Transaction Costs

As a new model of community governance innovation,urban community consultation governance has been paid more attention.This form of governance provides a new opportunity for the transformation of urban grass-roots governance in China,and also provides an important reference for the construction of community democratic consultation in Shanghai.Focusing on the logic and practice of urban community negotiation and governance,this paper uses the analysis method from "process" to "event" to narrate and analyze the representative cases of G community negotiation and governance in theory,trying to show the logical chain and realistic picture of urban community negotiation and governance.First of all,this paper combs the relevant research of urban community consultation governance,leads to the logical starting point of urban community consultation governance,attempts to analyze the practical difficulties and influencing factors of the current stage of community consultation governance,and then combines with typical practice cases for in-depth case analysis.Based on the experience of G community research,the author collected a large amount of relevant information about the consultation and operation of G community public affairs through non-structured interviews and non-participatory observation.Secondly,on the basis of data collection,this paper chooses the perspective of transaction cost to analyze the whole process of G community negotiation governance from initiation to success,tries to focus on the plight of urban community negotiation governance,and analyzes the influencing factors of G community negotiation success.Finally,based on the current problems in the process of urban community consultation and governance and the successful experience of G community,this paper puts forward the general strategy of optimizing urban community consultation and governance,in order to provide specific suggestions for solving the plight of grass-roots governance.
