| Being an important part of China's occupational education,technician colleges work as an important carrier for workers training,providing service like technical skills education for students,skills training for employees,occupation qualification approval,race training,labor transfer and so on.Strengthening cooperation between the technician colleges and employers,on one hand,can improve teaching level of technician colleges;and on the other hand,promote the construction and development of enterprises.Both parties connect with each other,promote each other,resulting in mutual benefit and win-win progress.At the same time,university-enterprise cooperation has further solved the problem of enterprise.and is of great significance for speeding up the modernization of technical colleges and enterprises.The combination of production and education is the essential way to improve the level of technological development and to promote economic prosperity,as well as to cultivate the craftsman.Firstly,this paper make a definition on technician college and enterprise-college cooperation,and describe relevant theories on enterprise-college cooperation in a deep way.Then take the Yunnan technician college as an example,looking at the actual enterprise-college cooperation initiated by Yunnan technician college,this paper takes deep analysis on college-enterprise cooperation mode and its current shortage.Based on the comparison of foreign cooperation mode and type,and in reference to foreign advanced ideas and experiences,from the efforts to build a good social environment of school enterprise cooperation and to deepen the reform and innovation within the college,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises in technician colleges.Hopefully,this thesis paper can provide certain help or experience for other technician colleges who intend to search the proper enterprise-college cooperation mechanism,which can benefit all parties. |
