In our country,the development of vocational education has always been in a situation of contradiction.On the one hand,the mainstream social ideology has a prejudice against the vocational education and believes that only higher education is the right path and there is doubt about the future of students participating in vocational education.On the other hand,vocational education is still at the initial stage in the development of teaching.Problems such as low quality of teaching,unscientific professional setting,and poor practice skills of students are prominent.School-enterprise cooperation and education as a trend in the development of vocational education,whether it can provide a new path and new impetus for the development of vocational education,how to develop school-enterprise cooperation and education in order to truly promote the development of vocational education will be an important issue in the future development of vocational education.Based on the theory of synergy,human capital investment and multi-agent cooperation theory,this paper relies on the vocational college of Yangzhou Technician College of Jiangsu Province,through the design of questionnaires on the collaborative education of vocational colleges,and the data obtained through the questionnaire through SPSS.In-depth analysis,combined with interview data,conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study on the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation and education,with a view to contributing to the academic research of schools and cooperative education.According to the research focus,the problems studied in this paper mainly focus on the three dimensions of cooperative education participation,cooperative education mode and cooperative education validity,and further split these three indicators into many small problems that can be measured.Through questionnaire research and actual interviews,the present situation of school-enterprise cooperation and education among Yangzhou Technician College is discussed comprehensively and thoroughly.Through the compilation and analysis of the data and interview data,it is believed that Yangzhou Technician College has the internal imbalance of cooperation in the cooperative education,the quality of the cooperative education mode is not high,the resource dependence structure in the cooperative education is asymmetric,and the enthusiasm of the enterprise in cooperative education is not high.In response to the above-mentioned problems,a detailed and in-depth analysis of the causes was carried out and it was considered that in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and education,he overall goal of "romoting high-quality skilled persons" was needed to create a high quality of school-enterprise cooperation and education.The project is the starting point,and the government's relevant departments support the cooperative education resources to ensure the construction of a healthy,sustainable and high-quality school-enterprise cooperation and education,and then build a good labor market with stabile labor output,efficient vocational education and low costs.
