School-enterprise cooperation is a talent training method that vocational colleges and universities closely meet the needs of economic and social development.It requires the interaction and cooperation of multiple subjects such as government departments,vocational colleges,relevant industries and enterprises,so that school-enterprise cooperation has more factors that are difficult to control.In the past,there has been a lot of research on school-enterprise cooperation,but at the mature stage of school-enterprise cooperation,we should focus on the establishment of a set of standardized,stable and long-term operation mechanism to ensure school-enterprise cooperation.This article created in the development of university-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad have certain research foundation,inquiry learning the theory of university-enterprise cooperation support,through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,case analysis and other methods of Qingdao technician institute through analyzing the practice of the cooperation between colleges and analyzes its main problems,on the basis of SWOT analysis to build the set "council work and incentive mechanism,double exchange mechanism,a variety of talents cultivation model of parallel system and employment mechanism" in the integration of a long-term mechanism,and in view of the government,schools,enterprises and other key subject for the mechanism of the implementation of the strong guarantee measures.The long-term mechanism is a close cooperation mechanism established by the government,schools,industries and enterprises to jointly cultivate talents,control the process,share responsibilities and share results.The standardization,stability and long-term cooperation relationship is its characteristic and the focus of its construction.The guiding theory for school-enterprise cooperation is to enrich and improve.Meanwhile,the exploration of various issues and the breakthrough of safeguards will stimulate the development vitality of technical colleges and inject new impetus into the development of career education.
